From 17th December 2021 to 31st January 2022 – 7 night minimum with check in day to be Friday

From the moment you enter through the front door you can feel the natural ambiance 1-18 Shoreline has to offer. Complementing the blissful beach climate. Renovations have been completed over the winter months. Returning guests will love the covered patio at the rear of the duplex. This air conditioned three bedroom Duplex is completely level and is pet friendly. (small to medium dogs only)

The space
Pet friendly, air conditioned three bedroom Duplex and is stair free for easy access suitable for all guests and their pet! Recently renovated for a more comfortable stay for the whole family including your fur friend.
For returning guests, you would notice, that all carpets in the bedroom have been replaced, (if an accident happens the carpet is to only be cleaned with water, No cleaning chemicals) there is now an air conditioner in the main bedroom, the laundry has been fully renovated to include an additional toilet. At the rear of the duplex you now have a covered outdoor dining area with a new BBQ and grass area for the children to play safely in the secured back yard or for your fur friends to enjoy.

The open plan living area is fully tiled, includes air conditioning, unlimited Free Wifi, Fetch TV (ability to login to your Netflix or Stan or other streaming accounts) and leads out to the fully fenced and landscaped rear courtyard/backyard. The spacious family size kitchen comes fully equipped (coffee pod machine Caffitaly, with a few pods to get you started. Woolworth’s brand) and overlooks the lounge and dining areas, perfect for entertaining with the family or friends. The main bedroom located at the rear of the property has a king bed with a television and air conditioning. The second bedroom has one single bed plus one single trundle bed (together these are able to convert to one queen bed). The third bedroom also offers a king size bed (that converts to two king single beds). Please confirm beds to be used when booking so the correct linen can be supplied. All bedroom are equipped with ceiling fans. The three way bathroom has a bath tub and walk in shower. What is a holiday with the kids without a bath tub? Don’t forget to bring your bubble bath!

The toilet is separate to the bathroom. There is also a second toilet located in the laundry. The laundry includes a front loader washing machine, dryer and the extra toilet.

There is a single lock up garage that is suitable for a small car, there is additional parking area for two cars outside, one in the driveway and one on a parking pad at the front of the duplex. Please No Parking on the grass at there is a sprinkler system installed. If sprinkler heads damaged you will be charged for the replacement. Note sprinklers are on a timer and will come on in the morning.

The courtyard has been improved, it now has a pergola with concrete flooring for you to enjoy BBQ’s undercover. For those who enjoy al fresco dining or just sitting with friends enjoying a cool beverage after a long day at the beach. Smoking is permitted outside of the property only.

This wonderful holiday home is in walking distance to The Fingal Bay Sports and Recreation Club. A short stroll to the crystal clear waters of Fingal Bay Beach. Fingal Bay is an ideal holiday destination so why not pack up your family and your much loved pet.

The surf club patrols the beach. If you need a good coffee or a meal there is the Saltwater restaurant and the Longboat cafe available at the beach. There is an off leash Dog area in front of the beach that is fenced allowing your pup to run and have some fun.

Linen is provided, sheets, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels so you just need to bring your beach towels and personal toiletries. Please note the beds are NOT made up. If you require this service there is an extra fee, please advise when booking this accommodation.

BOND a refundable Security Bond of $500 is required for this property in addition to the holiday accommodation total.

Guest access
Guests can enjoy all of the property however there are locked cupboards in the garage and bathroom that are not available to guests.

Other things to note
Please take the rubbish bins out on Sunday night. Put them on the street curb. The yellow bin is for recycle items only and is emptied fortnightly.
