I rave about Willoughby Vet to anyone with an animal. I’ve been going there with various animals for more than 20 years! They are so kind and always professional. My latest experience, yesterday, proves how dedicated they are. They made room for Toby in an otherwise very busy day because he was bleeding quite heavily from his bottom and we suspected that as he is suffering from Prostate Cancer he might be nearing life’s end. They ultrasounded him and went above and beyond, clearly noting both his and my anxiety — Dr Nicky even stayed beyond her shift! But it was Dr Rachel who was so thorough in her examination that she found he had a nasty infection in his anal gland! After a flush today and packing the site with antibiotics, he’s back home and much more comfortable. We might get a few more months out of him yet! Thank you so much Dr Rachel Simmons!
