Dog friendly Bundeena Base House and Cottage as a combined rental is set up to accommodate up to 12 adults. We also have portacots and highchairs for infants. Set up for a perfect family holiday with a short stroll through the garden from one building to the other. This property has a 8 meter solar heated swimming pool, a rarity to find one this size in Bundeena. A short stroll will take you to a selection of 3 beaches, all within 600 meters.

The space

We are open to dogs staying at the property but please contact me prior to booking so we can agree on some details. There will be an additional fee of $30 towards extra cleaning.

Note that construction of a property on an adjacent area may cause noise from time to time. You will note that our prices for this year have been reduced to reflect this.

Smoking is not permitted at the property.

Parties are not allowed.

Quiet time after 10pm.

No glass within pool area.

The property we are letting is a fully self contained apartment in the lower half of a larger house along with a newly built 2 bedroom cottage. You will have your own access via the side gate and a rear access road. You will have exclusive use of the gardens and pool. There is no need for any interaction, but we are happy to help out with anything should you need to ask us anything. We are just a phone call away. We understand absolutely the importance of privacy and will respect that at all times.

Interaction with guests is entirely up to you. You may see us in passing briefly at the front of the property, on the driveway as we venture to the beach etc.

The accommodation comprises 5 bedrooms:

•4 queen size beds

•1 double bed

•1 single bunk above the double bed

•1 single trundle bed with full sized mattress (very comfortable)

•There are three port-a-cots suitable for toddlers and 2 bassinets for babies

•We can provide 2 highchairs, 1 change table, 1 baby bath

•Two queen rooms have generous water views

•All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and hangers

•Two bedrooms also have desk facilities.

•Top quality mattresses and pillow options are provided to ensure a good night’s sleep

•Electric blankets in 2 queen rooms in the main house

•All bedding is provided

The house has two three seater sofas, the cottage has 4 original Ercol chairs from 1950s, perfect for enjoying the entertainment facilities which include:

•TV includes Netflix and other apps

•Blueray (with movie library available)

•Free Wi-Fi

Inside dining area has an extendable dining table which can seat up to 10 people in the house and an extendable table at the cottage can seat 6.

Two high chairs are available.

Kitchen is well equipped and includes:

•Coffee filter machine

•Nespresso machine (bring your own pods)

Water supply is filtered using hospital grade filtration to remove chlorine and other mains water impurities.

The 8 metre solar heated pool has sunshades and dining area for up to 8 people.

Water is ionized to minimise the need for chlorine and the pool can be lit for a night time dip

The garden is fully enclosed and we can lock the gates if you wish.
