Coastal Cottage is an adorable New England style dog & pet friendly Cape Cod house with a beach/coastal feel. Located in Cannonvale and central to everything. An easy walk to the beach, shops and park. Only a short drive to downtown Airlie Beach, lagoon and marinas.

THE SPACE

Coastal Cottage is a clean and comfortable, home away from home. A brand new kitchen features stone bench tops, new appliances and everything you need to cook meals on your holiday.

The outside deck has a Weber BBQ, dining table and comfortable outdoor furniture.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with a renovated ensuite.

The two other large, airy bedrooms offer:

1 x queen bed (bedroom 2)

2 x singles (bedroom 3)

The upstairs bathroom and toilet have been recently updated and tastefully renovated.

There is a seperate laundry room with washing machine (washing detergent supplied)

GUEST ACCESS

Coastal Cottage is located within walking distance to the beach, shops, park and bus stop. There is a lovely coastal path and boardwalk that will take you past the marina and right into town and the Lagoon. There is one undercover parking space and plenty of additional parking at the front or back of the house.

PETS

We know how important it is to be able to bring your beloved pets with you on holidays and we are pleased to be able to offer a secure, fully fenced pet friendly house. However, we do ask that you are respectful of the furniture and strictly no pets are allowed on the sofas, chairs or beds. Please do not leave your dog inside alone for the day if it is anxious, likely to bark or destroy furniture. 

Please notify prior to booking if you are bringing more than 1 pet. Please note that there is a $50 PET fee

The front driveway gate must be closed and secured in order to contain your pet in the yard. Ultimately, it is up to you to ensure the safety and security of your pets.

** If it is found after your check out that pets have been on beds or the furniture has pet hair or smells of pets you will be charged an additional professional cleaning fee

BOATS

Coastal Cottage has two entrances. If you are bringing a boat, caravan, etc, the back entrance would be the best option. There is a double gate, for easy access to drive straight through into the back yard where you will be able to securely park and use the hose to wash down.

The front access has a gate that is a bit narrow for a very large car (medium SUV fits ok, but any larger could be an issue). There is plenty of parking at the back and this entrance can be much easier to access if you are bringing a boat. If you do not have a pet, feel free to leave the front gate open for easier in/out access.

You will have access to the bedrooms associated with the number of guests on your booking.

If you fail to respect our home or have more people staying then what was booked, we reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately without refund.
