Hi! Welcome to our dog friendly accommodation! Conveniently situated in the quiet Jacaranda lined streets of South Toowoomba, Ambiente Cottage has 2 bathrooms and the capacity to sleep 6 guests. We have tried to think of just about everything; the cottage boasts a fully functional kitchen and laundry, wifi, Netflix, games/books, BBQ, 2 single beds and 2 Queen Beds, double lock up garage and a large backyard. We have a cot (not porta cot) and highchair available upon request; making it the perfect base for the whole family including the fur children!
Walking distance to shops, CBD and Base Hospital. Close proximity to Queen’s Park, Empire Theatre, Toowoomba City Golf Club, Gabbinbar Homestead and Preston Peak Winery.

We provide our guests with fresh bread, milk, juice and a few other goodies on arrival. We also stock basic condiments and pantry supplies to avoid buying the essentials.

A bit about us!

After deciding to settle in this beautiful lush town of Toowoomba we purchased this beautiful 1930’s workers cottage. We absolutely adore this cottage and the original features it still offers to this day. We love nothing more than sharing our beautiful cottage with our guests (furry ones included). Our dog friendly cottage is self-contained and we do our best to ensure that it is well stocked with all the essentials to make a perfect stay! We are also locals and are more than happy to assist in anyway we can – please don’t hesitate to ask!

​We own two beautiful Labradors, a 7 year old Golden female named Summer and an almost 2 year old Chocolate male named Tucker. At the moment these are our two ‘children’ and mean the world to us so we take them just about everywhere we can! They are also very involved with the cottage, and often come around to sniff out the last fury visitors.
