Family Fun House is a kids and pet nirvana, situated on half a hectare where the country meets the sea.

This dog friendly accommodation has two separate indoor living spaces in the house making it ideal for two families, adults on one side and kids on the other. The adult lounge is bathed in sunlight and has space to relax, no matter what the weather is doing. Catch up on the latest movies with Foxtel and Netflix or enjoy the view out to the garden. The kids lounge room has electric reclining theatre chairs for watching movies on Foxtel, Netflix or on DVD. There are also books, games and toys for all ages.

Our latest edition is a New Pool House, with Kitchenette, Dining, Lounge and a TV adding a third space for relaxing!

There is a fully-equipped kitchen and kitchenette, three dining spaces, 3 lounge rooms a work desk and two bathrooms.

This home can sleep up to 10 people and has 4 bedrooms with all linen supplied.

• Master bedroom – one king bed, ensuite with shower and spa bath
• Bedroom 2 – king single bunk with trundle bed (3 king single beds)
• Bedroom 3 – one king bed
• Bedroom 4 – one king single bed, one bunk bed with two singles

Two portable cots are available.

A large covered deck overlooks a new pool and spa which is heated all year round. Winter swimming is a must!!

Next to the pool is a huge grassed garden where you can watch the kids play. Let them run wild in one of the best playgrounds you will see. This huge playground includes a trampoline, rainbow tree house, kids ninja gym and swing set. There is also a variety of tree swings, massive sandpit, football and soccer field, cricket pitch, BMX track, fire pit and New Pool House!

Family Fun House is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, 3 kilometres from Bentons Square shopping centre and 5 minutes drive from the beaches at Mount Martha which are kid safe all year round. The wineries and breweries of the Mornington Peninsula are close by.
