This is an instapups heaven! There’s always beautiful backdrops for you to explore and pretty good brunch food for the humans. The outside area of the cafes are dog friendly or alternatively, you can get take away and find a table in the surrounding grounds to eat. There’s plenty of seating, even when they are busy and you might even get one nea…[Read more]

This is a great spot to let your dog run. There is a good sized fenced in dog park for those dogs that don’t have great recall. This can be a little dusty though. There is a tap inside the dog park and also one outside as well. Bring your own bowl though if you don’t want to use the communal plastic bowls. There are poo bags at the 2 entrances to…[Read more]

An absolutely beautiful place that feels 1000 miles away. There’s different tracks depending on fitness, accessibility and time you want to spend walking. The lake circuit is beautiful and you’ll get to walk around the whole lake with lots of nature immersive photo opportunities. You will cross some creeks so prepare to get your feet wet if it has…[Read more]

This park isn’t really off leash friendly. There is a busy intersection on one side of the park and it isn’t fenced in. The park also has basketball courts and a playground that are connected to it increasing the chances of a child rushing over to your dog or your dog doing the same. There is also a bit of a hill on the grassed side and no foo…[Read more]

It’s not fenced in and right next to two very busy roads and the railway so it’s definitely not an off leash park for dogs that are still developing recall. Parking is also difficult. You have to park on the side streets and walk back across. There isn’t any dog water stations and the taps are hard to find. The park itself is a decent size thoug…[Read more]

This is an average sized fenced in dog park with adequate seating, trees for shade, poo bags and some water bowls. There are usually holes in the ground from digging that haven’t been filled in so watch your step. The dogs are mostly good but there are a few that can get a bit rowdy and pushy. If you have a puppy or skittish dog, you may have to l…[Read more]

A nice dog park with surrounding walks through the wetlands that are perfect for relaxing after. We can confirm that balls as well as tennis rackets have been left for people to play with their dogs. There are park benches and also moveable plastic chairs to sit in. There is a doggy water station and biodegrable pop bags supplied. The only…[Read more]

I don’t think we’ll be back! The offical off leash area is tiny and it’s squished up next to a tennis court which is not dog friendly. The main park is also busy around lunch time with fitness groups using the park so it’s a bit crowded for both people and dogs. It’s not fenced in and quite close to a kids playground as well, so these are some…[Read more]

A beautiful hidden dog park. There is a range of agility equipment in this park from ramps to tunnels to weaving. Some of this equipment could do with a little maintenance but still good to use. The park also has a section away from the equipment that is more bushy and this gives a really nice natural feel and is perfect if your dog prefers their…[Read more]

A beautiful spot right next to the water with parking on the street, if you get lucky! The park isn’t fenced in but is quite large so plenty of green grass and space to run. Just make sure you have good recall as it can get quite busy with many kids, sport teams and bikes on weekends. There’s also lots of dogs around and most are generally ver…[Read more]
