Café style windows and French doors open onto an expansive covered verandah with views of a magnificent garden and rural acreage. It is separated and secluded from the main residence, by a long avenue of Golden Elm trees. The pool, although not completely private, is shared only with the property owners.

The property has a fenced yard and self opening wrought iron gates at the entry point. The cottage is at the rear of the 5 acres.
