Located an hour’s drive from the stunning riverside town of Singleton, which sits on the northern edge of the Hunter Valley wine region. The tiny house has its own private paddock with the scenery of a dam and mountain views. Here, you can explore the surrounding areas like Denman, a tourist destination located 10 minutes away, Yengo National Park, Wollemi National Park, and Hunter Valley Wildlife Park. A comfortable 190-square-foot accommodation with a queen-sized bed in the loft and a couch on the ground floor, ideal for 2 adults and 1 child. Set in one of the best tiny house rentals and serene locations with abundant natural bushland in Martindale. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers). IMPORTANT NOTE: If you’re booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, “Bundaleer Tiny House 2,” with 24 hours’advance notice. To ensure privacy, the two tiny houses are 300 meters apart, separated by two hills.
