THE EXPERIENCE
South Mona Vale Headland is a 24/7 off lead exercise area suitable for small and large dogs. Park is on the hill behind the Mona Vale Hospital. No fencing especially on the top part of the park so be mindful where to run with your dog. As the hill is rather steep this park provides a great opportunity for both of you to get some healthy exercise. There is a flat area at the bottom of the park for some playtime. Park is shared with paragliders.

My favourite running spot when I’m down visiting my cousins! So many other groodles here that I get to become best of friends with! There’s so much space for me to run both up and downhill to get rid of all that energy I have as a young pup! This place will always get my 10 wags of approval!!! ????????????
My favourite fetch spot ???? Always get to meet and make new friends here! Mum says the view is amazing for photos and it’s a place I can run all I want! You can walk next to a golf course as well, where I like to meet my human friends who hit their ball into the bush (they like to say it’s on purpose but I think that’s a lie)
Definitely would recommend for socialising puppies like myself ????
This is where I go when my dad wants to do some exercise. Park is in a massive hill and for whatever reason my dad runs the hill up and down and of course I need to follow. Normally we finish up with some play at the bottom of the hill where it is flat. There are always paraglyders at the top of the hill, which was a bit scary for me in the beginning but I’m used to them now.
