This 5.9km walk offers lovely views of Newcastle city and the coastline, as well as green lawns, garden beds and a beautiful rotunda. It explores some historical areas of Newcastle and you may even spot some whales while admiring the ocean views. The very top end of the park near ‘the grassy hill’ is a dog friendly, leash free zone. The rest of the park, including the area all around the rotunda, you will need to have your dog on a leash.
