It has open plan living areas with views of the pool and waterfront across to the Broadbeach skyline. The living areas open out to the large outdoor entertaining area surrounding the pool giving you plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy waterfront living. There two living areas, an Entertainment Room with pool table and a study nook. The home is air-conditioned, has undercover off street parking and lawn area for the kids to play.

Kitchen & Outdoor Entertaining

This modern, contemporary kitchen is stylish and fitted out with quality appliances and includes a coffee machine and all you need to be a master chef! The outdoor kitchen and BBQ is perfect for those lazy BBQs around the pool or you may like to use the catering service we recommend.

There are three master suites, one on the ground floor and two on the second level

The master (1) on the second level has a spacious ensuite including bath, walk in robe and views to Surfers and Broadbeach
The other master (2) has ensuite, walk in robe, balcony and views to Surfers and Broadbeach

There are three other bedrooms one with an ensuite and a main bathroom on the ground floor

All bedrooms have TVs

There is also a sofa bed in the Entertainment Room that can be used if required for an additional $35

Outdoor & For Kids

This home on the waterfront is designed for enjoying the outdoors with plenty of space to relax around the sparkling pool. You can fish from the beach or hire a kayak and go exploring.  Better yet hire one of the fantastic boats to explore the waterways and it will be delivered straight to your boat ramp.

Kids looking for something to do? This home has a pool table and study for their entertainment fix.  There is plenty of grass area for them play and the beach to entertain.
