Kui Karinya means Welcome Peaceful Home

–We aim to provide a pet-friendly experience that is enjoyable and fun for both humans and dogs. Our dog friendly bed and breakfast is comfortable accommodation consisting of one large bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom and adjoining living room with a microwave, kettle, and toaster.This accommodation is only suitable for a single person or a couple. All the guest accommodation is part of the main house, which is shared with the owner. There are locks on any indoor adjoining doors for your privacy. Free ADSL Internet/Wifi connection is available.

Outside the living area, there is a fenced-in covered veranda.  There is an outdoor kitchen that has a medium sized fridge, toaster oven and induction plate, plus a BBQ.
A continental breakfast is included or if you prefer a cooked breakfast, this can be arranged at an additional charge.

Dogs are special guests at Kui Karinya. The owner Jane has many years of dog training experience and competed in Agility, Dancing with Dogs, Obedience, Rally O, and Trick Dog Training.  Limited Agility equipment can be set up if  requested. If required, dog training consultations are available. Please enquire about rates if you are interested.

Dogs are allowed inside.   If your dog sleeps in a crate, please bring it with you  as there is plenty of room. If your dog prefers to sleep on the sofa or bed, covers are provided to protect the furniture, so we kindly request you make use of them. There is no  Doggy Door
Your dog also has access to the house garden providing the guest is able to supervise if necessary.

The house is set on 1.5 acres of picturesque grounds with an idyllic creek, deep enough for your dog to swim in. The paddock is divided into 2 sections the main area and is fully fenced and 99% secure, but the area with the creek only has strand wire, so dogs need to have a good recall or be on a long lead. There is also a fully fenced area adjacent to the accommodation, should you wish to contain your dog /s outside.

Dogs of all size welcome, max 3 dogs.
