LAKE WEYBA Cottage "HOUSE RULES"
We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. To do so, we would appreciate it if you could follow these house rules. We truly appreciate your cooperation.

• Any food or drinks left for you are free to consume. Please enjoy.
• No dirty or wet shoes within the house.
• Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
• No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odour and stains may be applied. (If you smoke outside, please dispose of your butts safely).
• Our guests love our board games. Please take care of them.
• We have provided books for reading pleasure and DVD's to watch. Please do not take them when you leave.
• Feel free to use the barbecue outside. However, please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If left dirty, an extra cleaning fee may be required.
• Please leave garbage you like to dispose of in the green waste bin on the right side of the cottage. Please leave any recycling items in a sealed bag on the bottom of the front stairs. We will pick it up as soon as we notice it.
• Do not take the house towels to the lake (tea tree stain) or the beach. We have left older towels in the laundry you may use at the lake if you do not have your towels.
• Occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
• Please do not rearrange our furniture.
• We all like to party; however, there are no parties at the Lodge; Parties, events, and gatherings of people at the cottage are NOT allowed.
- If guests have a party/event/gathering of people, the 'extra' guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. In this event, guests will also be responsible for additional cleaning charges.
- In addition, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbours.
• Guests only on-premises, so no visitors during your stay unless arranged prior.
• Please close the umbrella in high wind.
• Please DO NOT take any cushions blankets outside
• Please use baking paper, aluminium foil, throw-away aluminium trays appropriate when using the oven to prevent cleaning fees.

EXTRA GUEST(S)
• Please send us an SMS to 0481 404 448 letting us know if more guests/visitors stay at the cottage than what you booked/paid for
- There is an additional charge of $65 - per extra guest / per night.
- Maximum capacity/guests staying in the cottage is six persons. (incl. children)

DAMAGE
• We understand accidents do happen. If you broke/damaged something,
please leave the equivalent money value when leaving, so we can replace/fix/clean it.

ADDITIONAL RULES FOR DOGS /PETS
• Property is not fenced, and there are many things that your dog may want to chase (kangaroos, birds, horses), so only dogs that you guaranteed can control. NO chasing of any animals/birds allowed.
• Maximum two pets/dogs
• Dogs/pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Please bring your bedding for dogs.
• No dogs inside if you are not there to supervise.
