Howards Hill is set on 30 acres on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Enjoy waking up to the sound of kookaburras, watch the kangaroos grazing in the paddock.

Unwind in the large claw-foot bath, admire the views from the upstairs lounges, or simply relax downstairs on the large sunny deck or enjoy a game of table tennis in the rumpus room – complete with, sound system, television and fireplace.

Walk around the property with your dog and pat the horses. Take some sunndowner drinks to the Gazebo and enjoy the sounds of the birds and frogs. Howards Hill is perfect for an intimate retreat, a small private rural reception or a base to explore the surrounding Mornington Peninsula.

Walk in nearby Greens Bush, play golf at one of the many peninsula golf courses. Enjoy sampling wine from the many Cellar Doors in Main Ridge and Red Hill. The peninsula is a foodie heaven with many fabulous dog friendly restaurants and cafes. And don’t forget the off leash dog friendly beaches!!!
