Just out of Colac and right on the lake is a great little dog friendly free campsite. It is basically a long strip of camp sites that run along the shores of the lake. There are some shady spots and great access for rigs of all shapes and sizes. It is a very peaceful location and stunning at sunset, with plenty of birdlife. There are toilets provided, and also bins and picnic tables. There are also some fireplaces and a boat ramp, but access can be dependent on water levels.
