This recently lovingly restored pet & dog friendly Mine Managers Cottage now enjoys all the modern conveniences. The character rich home is a perfect escape for family and friends (furry ones included), wedding and reunions. It has a private 6 hole range golf course, – challenging for all types of golfers. Damns for yabbies and perch. There are Bmw style jumps and tyre swings for the kids, along with 20 acres of groomed grass to safely wear the kids out , if they are on their bikes.
The pool and entertainment area are perfect for a sunset drink which your enjoy the Un-interrupted views of the Broken Back Range. Please be aware that due to the council regulations, dogs are not allowed in the pool. There are several dams in the property that are perfect for the pups to have a swim.
Set just 2 kms away from the Vintage Golf Course & Bimbadgen Winery on Macdonalds Road and a mere 6 minute drive to Hope Estate- the heart of the Concerts & Award winning restuarants in the Hunter Valley.
The guidelines are:-
1 Naturally only 8 people can stay overnight in the cottage- ( we are not a campsite for caravans, trailers or individual tents-as this requires additional council approval)
2. We have several wedding packages, for consideration, as we cater for small boutique weddings . Packages available upon request. If you wish to hold a post wedding bbq the following day there are no additional costs
3. Our wedding organser and stylist can remove a lot of the stress- if you wish!- naturally in addition to the booking costs- just reach out to speak with her
4. There may be s an additional venue hire cost of $1-2k – dependent upon how many days you stay
5. Marquess have been set up historically, and we can introduce you to a local supplier, if yo so desire
7. Naturally, we dont have kitchen ware, glasses or cutlery to support additional guests- these will need to be organized by yourself
8 The external aspects of the property are covered by video surveillance.
9. There is an agreed time to when celebrations and music will finish- ( non-staying guests will vacate the property)
