Dog & pet friendly accommodation at Fernglen Forest Retreat is set on 7 acres of lush green native bush with a lovely river, tree ferns and towering mountain ash. Winding down the driveway you’re transported into an idyllic forest paradise. If you’re wanting peace and quiet this retreat is for you.

Many brides, artists, corporate and spiritual groups take advantage of the stunning native grounds, with towering mountain ash as a backdrop for their photos. In gereral to hire the grounds it is required that you hire all 3 cottages for the night before and after your event. There is an additional fee for the hire if the grounds.

Your Entire Guesthouse accommodation provides three individual dog & pet friendly cottages, making the stay with your friends (furry ones included) a bliss.,
All cottages have free wifi available, and all have open fires with an unlimited wood supply.

The Brook Cottage (sleeps up to 7)  is a fully self-contained dwelling with 2 bedrooms and with its own parking. The lodge offers tranquil forest views from every window and a private outdoor patio. It has one king sized bedroom plus a second bedroom with bunk beds.

The Jacuzzi Lodge (sleeps up to 7) is a limestone fully self-contained dwelling, with tranquil forest views from every window. With its own driveway and undercover parking it ensures your privacy. A second bedroom has a 3 person bunk bed and shares the master en-suite. The Jacuzzi Lodge comes with the exclusive use of a luxury 8 seater outdoor spa.

The Spa Cottage (sleeps up to 4) has one Queen bedroom and if needed a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge suitable for children. The bathroom is equipped with a corner spa, and you enjoy a full kitchen with everything you need for longer stays, as well as a cosy fireplace. There is also a private BBQ and seating outside.

All dog friendly cottages can also be booked individually!
