Your dog is going to love the location of this simple fully renovated surf shack style house – only moments to off leash One Mile Beach. After your walk you can enjoy breakfast or lunch at the local DOG FRIENDLY beachfront cafe.
Featuring a fabulous screened sunroom with day bed (suitable for dogs), dining setting – gas bbq. Open plan living plus second dining setting – NEW smart tv with netflix/binge. The property has ceiling fans – air con and a screened backyard cabana with study space – SMART tv with netflix/binge.
The kitchen is freshly updated incl. dishwasher, microwave, SMEG toaster, kettle, coffee machine + grinder.
There are two bathrooms and a secure shady tropical backyard with outdoor beach shower to shake off the sand. Indoors you will find a BRAND NEW combustion wood burning fire place + extra heaters for those cooler nights. Linen and towels are all included – you will just need to bring beach towels! And of course doggie blankets and towels!
