Luxurious outdoor bath with hot&cold water plus bubble bath extra $15 per bath.
( no spa just a bath but just as amazing ).
Otherwise indoor shower also available no additional cost.
Please note that Chaging of Electric Vehicles at the property is not permitted
nearest locations are in Lithgow aprox 20 km away at NRMA /shopping centre and Workies Club carpark.

The accommodation has a combustion wood fire for cosy nights inside or an outdoor fire for stargazing.
Toilet is eco loo it has inbuilt chamber fan to draw away any smells and is fully sealed system so no bugs can enter the toilet .

Firewood is available at petrol station on highway turnoff. We only supply kindling and firestarters.
Driveway is unsealed but ok for normal car. Not suitable for cars with low profile wheels or high performance cars that dont wish to take them off bitumen.

The space

Peaceful location, fully self contained spacious tiny house.
( please note there is also the main farmhouse on the same property – Kookawood – please avoid going near this as it is also let out as holiday cottage if it is not occupied by us )
We leave out a key on your arrival and leave you to enjoy the entire stay undisturbed but we do stay on the property if help is needed. It is a rural property so Telstra and Optus are the best providers within the local area. If you require wifi and internet access please use the hotspot on your phone as we don’t provide wifi .
Pamper yourself to an outdoor bath additional cost of $15 per bath includes essential oil lavender bubble bath with hot and cold water . limit of one bath per day we are on tank water so it is expensive to deliver so have to charge extra for baths ( please advise prior to arrival ) indoor shower is available if you don’t want to have the outdoor bath . Please be aware it is an unsealed driveway aprox 1 km long and a bit bumpy in spots but still accessible. Only exception is for sports cars with low profile wheels that don’t wish to go off bitumen ( we have a Hyundai i30 ) you don’t need a 4WD.You will need a property map as it is on 200 acre property.

Guest access

You and your pet have access to roam and relax in the vast beauty of the Australian bush on the property.
The private garden which surrounds the tiny house is securely fenced for your pet and also has spectacular views of the Blue mountains.

Please do not rely on GPS or Google to get you to the door as the location is not always accurately depicted.
We will provide you with a map, once you have booked the property.

Other things to note

We like to maintain a quiet environment in respect to local fauna so please, no loud music or noisy dogs.
pets are not to be left alone at the cottage – we do provide a list of pet friendlyplaces to go and cafes to visit at the cottage on the coffee table .

We do set a maximum of up to 1 small to medium sized dog only.
Please do let us know if you are bringing a pet with you.
Agressive / noisy dogs are not allowed at the property .

This is a place to enjoy the surrounding nature.
