Experience the amazing outdoor bath or relax at the indoor bathroom with clawfoot bath and overhead shower. Full kitchen facilities with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, gas cooktop, double gas oven and Smeg fridge. Large OLED HD smart tv and dvd player with foxtel all channels. We do have prepaid wifi device and mobile reception is good if you use your own mobile phone hotspot – Telstra Prepaid wifi device can be activated on arrival by paying with credit card on the telstra prepaid wifi website ( we do not provide free wifi ). Netflix available on smart tv if you use your own data.

Huge open wood fire place – in winter and autumn only we supply one bucket of wood complimentary wood, If you wish to purchase your own bagged firewood for use at other times it is available at petrol station on highway turnoff.

Lots of amazing wildlife just outside the front door, great walks on the large rural property and neighbouring 450 acre pine forest. 5 minute drive to dog friendly Lake Lyell with plenty of fishing and water sports opportunities. 35 minute drive the Jenolan Caves and Blue Mountains attractions.

Children are not permitted to stay due to unfenced ponds and dams near the house and our collection of antiques and collectable are not replaceable if something is damaged or broken .

Please note the driveway is 1 km long and not suitable for cars with very low clearance (low profile wheels), you need to go over a cattle grid and some bumps on the unsealed driveway but access for a normal car is fine. Access to great walks on the large property.

If you book as a couple – please use only one bedroom. Additional cleaning fee applies if only 2 adults stay and each needs separate bedroom. ( please enquire about cost )
