Sassafras Gully & Wiggins Track | Dog Friendly Hike in Springwood
THE EXPERIENCE
You can find this dog friendly hike by turning left on Sassafras Gully Road from Valley Road and continue for about 180m. Walk down to the creek and bear right on the track. You will cross the creek in about 1.5km. Further 300-400m ahead you will reach the border of the council land. You can continue on the council land (dogs allowed) by staying on the left hand side of the creek or cross the creek to the Blue Mountains National Park land.
Follow the sign Wiggins Track and Yondell Avenue until you reach Yondell Avenue and turn right. Continue on Yondell Avenue until you get to Bea Farm Road and turn left again. You will end up to Valley Road, which you turn left and shortly after you will get to Sassafrass Gully Road, which again you turn left to get to the starting point of the track.
