- All guests are required to sanitize their hands on every entry to the house using the sanitizer supplied at front and back doors.
- On check-out we ask that guests spray all kitchen and bathroom benchtops with the anti-bacterial spray provided (under kitchen sink).
- While staying at our property we ask all guests to not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties.
- The property must be left in a similar condition as it was found. Any excess cleaning costs incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, dishwasher, emptying fridge, removing grass or dirt in washing machine and dryer or excessive rubbish removal will be deducted from the security bond. Additional cleaning costs are $80 per hour.
- Checkout time is 10am (unless a later checkout time has been pre-arranged 24 hours prior). We will accommodate later checkouts when possible however in peak times our cleaners need the full 4 hours to complete cleaning in readiness for next guests. An additional charge of $50 per half hour will be deducted from the security bond if our cleaners are delayed in entering the property.
- The maximum number of 8 guests must be complied with at all times. Should we be led to believe the number of guests exceeds this we reserve the right to enter the property and terminate your booking immediately with no refund.
- The premises are let to you for holiday purposes, not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear and tear associated with functions in terms or cleaning, repairs, garbage removal etc. Use contrary to this may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may apply.
- All linen and towels which may be provided must be left where supplied upon departure. Please note beach towels are not included.
- The BBQ is provided for your convenience and must be cleaned before vacating the property. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 charge.
- No responsibility is taken for the loss or damage of personal effects.
- Any damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants' responsibility during your stay. Tenants will be liable for all costs and expenses incurred as a result of such damage, breakages, theft or loss.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the premises at all times. All butts must be disposed of upon vacating. You will find an ashtray under the laundry sink.
- Tenants are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of the provided keys. Please ensure the accommodation is secure while you are absent.
- In the case of a problem or complaint, you must inform us immediately so we can rectify the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Check in time is from 2pm on date of arrival. Check out time is by 10am on date of departure. Variation to these times must be approved.
