Three bedroom architect designed dog friendly lodge accommodation is suitable for families or two couples.

Purpose built and environmentally friendly with passive solar design, Talawahl is constructed from mud brick and recycled timbers. Due to this the lodge is warm in winter and cool in summer, it does however have air conditioning for those hotter days. The large viewing windows and wrap around verandah offer spectacular views of the valley and the 3 acre lily filled lagoon. Set amongst rainforest inspired gardens and rockeries providing you with privacy, space and tranquillity.

The spacious verandah wraps itself around the lodge, providing an entertaining area with a table setting for up to 8 people or private sitting areas to relax and read a book or simply soak up the picturesque valley views. The verandah area enables this cottage to be pet friendly with gates to keep your beloved pooch safe and protected from the elements.

The hand crafted recycled timber kitchen with state of the art modern contemporary appliances, is fit for any budding ‘Jamie Oliver.’ Equipped with stainless steel fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and stylish crockery for a setting of up to 8 people. The handcrafted table is more than a table, it is a work of art.

The private heated spa pool, featuring waterfall and massage jets is set on the verandah. It provides you with 180 degree views of the forest and rolling hills.

Exclusive use of the hand crafted stone BBQ, great for outdoor entertaining and dining in the summer months.

The Teenagers Retreat! Downstairs are two bedrooms each appointed with 2 single beds and a 3 way bathroom. A rumpus room with TV, DVD player, air conditioning  and lounge is perfect for the kids to enjoy their space. And as an icing on the top, there is a shared pool in the premises for those hot summer days.
