Billabong Blue is a Sapphire Fossicking Park on private property located 22 kilometres from Inverell.

Enjoy a day out fossicking for an Inverell Sapphire, or take advantage of the primitive camping area to stay on site. Camping fees apply.

Please note that Billabong Blue Fossicking Park can be closed due to unforeseen circumstances , please call ahead to ensure park is open on the day you intend to visit. Day fossicker’s currently need to be onsite no later than 1pm.

Please take sunscreen, hat, lunch, working clothes and drinking water and ensure that you wear suitable footwear.
