Take the stunning Urunga Boardwalk from the town centre and head to the long strip of soft sand at the edge of the Bellinger Head State Park. Beautiful spot to play and splash with your pup!

So good we came back!
This time we accessed the beach from the Southern end at Hungry Head. There are a couple of flights of steps down to the beach, no fresh water though (that I could see), but there are facilities/toilets at the nearby SLSC
The boardwalk is fantastic, great views over the mangroves. The beach at the end is amazing.
I would give this more stars if I could! I absolutely loved it
