THE EXPERIENCE

Established in 2022, Paws in the Piazza is a monthly pop up dog marketplace, held under the shade sails in the piazza (outside The Pointers Place cafe) in beautiful Wentworth Point

🌴🐶 Paws in the Piazza is a joint venture presented by Tasty Wiener Treats and The Pointer’s Place Cafe ☕️

Each month an amazing group of pooch centric small businesses come together in the undercover marketplace – it is a relaxed but super fun day out to catch up with pals and suppawt your favourite small business boss babes. The aim in 2023 is to welcome our Original PITP stallholders along with new and exciting small businesses to our beautiful neighbourhood here in Wentworth Point.

There are a pawsome group of stallholders each month, including yummy dog treats, bespoke accessories, apparel, dog photography, dog grooming businesses and more. Each month is different!

About Tasty Wiener Treats

Tasty Wiener Treats was founded by owner Lauren (aka Loz) in 2020 during the height of the Covid lockdown. Loz was a new fur mum to the love of her life, miniature dachshund Albert – and was having issues with his tummy and skin after feeding him store bought treats. With a lot of time on her hands due to the strict lockdown laws, Loz started experimenting making jerky in a second hand dehydrator she bought off Facebook Marketplace for $50. After great feedback from Albert and quality assurance testing by the local dog park crew, OG Chicken was born and Tasty Wiener Treats created! TWT launched with 4 hand made products, and has now grown and expanded into 20+ products – both hand made and locally sourced. Loz prides herself on having a delicious range of treats that contain premium ingredients, and no added preservatives or additives.

TWT is not only a single ingredient dehydrated dog treats business – they specialise in a super cute barkery range, create custom pawty bags, and also curate pawsome pooch friendly events across Sydney.

The TWT Crew has expanded and now includes Albert’s younger sister Lucy the mini snag – who is a very dedicated Co Chief Canine Test Taster!
