The space
Welcome to the Dukes of Yorkes! If you are looking for five-star luxury accommodation then you have come to the wrong place, but if you are looking for a relaxed, fun home with spectacular views, where you can put your feet up have a great time with friends and family then this is the place for you.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, oven, stove, fridge and complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar.

Games/Living Room

Relax or play: This is the room for Books, games, puzzles, Sony PlayStation console & games. Sing Star, Bluetooth sound speaker, poker set, pool table, drinks fridge, binoculars and rechargeable torch along with an information folder containing local tourist guides + restaurants/attractions

The property has an iron, ironing board located in Laundry cupboard. Hairdryers are located in each bathroom with hair straightener in Ensuite.

There is a gas BBQ to the front and rear of the home and has its own LPG bottle. BBQ cooking utensils are found in the bottom drawer of kitchen. Please turn off Gas bottles after each use.

Fish cleaning station is located at the rear of the property for guest use. Filleting knife in kitchen drawer.

Pets allowed at property but must be kept out of bedrooms and furniture.

The two living area’s have split system reverse cycle air conditioning with fans in all the rooms.

Please Note* The pool is unfortunately off limits to guests due to insurance purposes.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including both living areas, all bedrooms, the kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoor entertaining spaces. Off-street parking is available.

The property is private, self-contained, and perfect for families or groups.
