On the southern side of Rouges Point is a 1 km long southeast facing dog friendly beach, which extends down to the 10 m high bluffs at the base of Mennie Hill. There is a large sealed car park and beach boat ramp and beach shelter at the northern end, with 25 beachfront shacks backing the centre of the beach.
